Layered Landscapes Topics I eBook - Golden Fall Aspens

This first eBook in my Layered Landscape Topics Series introduces you to several key elements and features I utilize while producing my basic cast glass block landscapes.

I rarely work from a photograph when I create this type of piece. There are no background hills or mountains to distract from the simple beauty of the Golden Aspens / Birch in the fall. Our focus is all about the trees made from powder wafers, branches pulled from glass rod or vitrigraph rods, and frit color mix for the leaves. Coldworking is required for this project.
