Summer to Fall in the Mountains Vessel

I employ various techniques to create my interpretation of the natural landscapes surrounding me. I start with a “blank canvas” of glass, sometimes featuring a background of mountain silhouettes, and plan the placement of the foreground layers and trees. The trunks are made from pre-fused glass powder components. The tree branches are crafted from glass rods, which I shape into thin, branch-like structures using a torch flame. Once the branches are formed, they are arranged onto the tree trunks. Custom color combinations of crushed glass are used for the landscape's ground and leaves.

The vessels come with a custom-made steel base.  Due to the handmade nature of this product, each vessel will be unique.
